At Relvo, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.


Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened or used products.
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us:
    Email our support team at returns@relvo.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Approval Process:
    Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for shipping.

  3. Ship Your Return:
    Send the item(s) back to us using the provided instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.


Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error or the item was defective.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please initiate a return and place a new order.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at  zynrelvo@outlook.com with photos of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.
