Eligibility for Returns
- Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Opened or used products.
- Items marked as final sale or clearance.
How to Initiate a Return

Email our support team at returns@relvo.com with your order number and reason for return. -
Approval Process:
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for shipping. -
Ship Your Return:
Send the item(s) back to us using the provided instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error or the item was defective.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at zynrelvo@outlook.com with photos of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.
